LongHorn Steakhouse

Nicely decorated steakhouse with very good food but mediocre service.We went there as a group of eight on a Friday evening. We were told they are not taking reservations, which meant we had to wait for over half an hour. I ordered a sirloin steak with lobster mac and cheese and a fruit salad with strawberry vinaigrette. I got my salad late after reminding the waitress about it. The salad was large and very delicious. She later took it away before I finished it without asking me. The steak was perfectly cooked medium rare but was relatively small for 8oz. Overall, I would go there again, but they should improve their service.

Food was good. The server forgot to order a side order of fries for my table, so I cancelled that. Waited a long time to get the bill and to go containers. The check was presented as a piece of paper. It was not in a folder. For the amount of money you pay, in my opinion should be in a folder with a pen.

This place is hard to beat! The food is good. The service is great. And the staff are great. We've eaten at several long horns before and this one is up to par.

Service was great! For a Saturday night at the 7:00 dinner hour we were seated in 10 minutes. Cocktails were served timely and were very good. Downside is that the baked sweet potato was hard in the center and they were out of prime rib. This was very disappointing since that's why we chose to go there. Upside, I enjoyed the company I was with, my husband.

One of the best restaurants I've been to. The food was absolutely amazing, and I had no complaints. There was 4 of us that went together, and they somehow forgot about us, but it happens. When we got to speak to someone, the manager came out and apologized, and said he had no excuse, they just made a mistake so that was great customer service. Plus he offered us 2 appetizers on them, so I can't complain 😂 overall great experience and I'll definitely go back!!

Came for our Anniversary dinner. Steaks came out perfect. Food took just a little longer than expected for a 1/2 full restaurant.

Great steak, mashed potatoes and broccoli. Delicious. The waitress was attentive enough but not over barring. Refills were on point. The place was very busy and everything had a nice flow. It has a loud environment with music on, talking, staff singing. Fun place.

It's not bad but it's just ok. No wow factor. My husband & daughter got steak, they were cooked beautifully but they were completely tasteless. I got the Farmers Market Chicken. It was flavorful and very tasty. The baked potatoes were small. Service was great but the food is just ok.

I ordered a ribeye steak. It was very tough and had gristle all through the steak. I would have had the option of seasoning of just salt and pepper to cook. Some sort of seasoning was put on it to cook. The broccoli was great. The prices are fairly high for the quality of the beef. Just my opinion.

4.5 Christmas crazy. Servers did their best to keep up. One steak came out overcooked and was replaced fairly quickly. All in all, well done front and back of the house. Merry Christmas

Service was very good. Atmosphere was good for conversations. Our waitress was pleasant and knowlegable. Food was served in a pleasant manner and at a proper temperature. Very neat and clean place.

I love their wedge salad, Had a sweet potato and their roasted corn on the cob! And of course the wonderful bread.My friend had a nice salad with berries and a piece of roasted corn as well. It was fabulous- you don't always have to have their wonderful steaks, or a giant meal. There's so many little items on the menu that you can make a nice meal out of! It's nice to get out and get great service!!

Our waitress, Marlissa, was super sweet and happy to help us! Despite the Covid-19 limitations and different times, she was friendly and funny! This Longhorn Steak house is AWESOME!

We've always been a fan of Longhorn. My wife and I stopped in for lunch today and it was perfect. I had the 8oz Renegade with broccoli and Jen ate the wild west shrimp appetizer as an entree. Its was all just perfect and our server was so sweet and on point. Thanks Longhorns.

We love LongHorn's for steak, but they have some very good dishes other than the steak. They have some new items including a farmers chicken plate that was delicious. You get to select the portion size of the chicken and it comes cooked with mushrooms, asparagus, small tomatoes and a variety of seasoning. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the flavor of the dish was excellent. You get a salad and a side. I selected the seasoned rice and that was a good choice. They have some new appetizers as well but we stuck with our favorite which is the firecracker shrimp, more than enough for three or even four. The service was first rate and the atmosphere was pleasant. While they don't take reservations, you can call ahead and are usually seated quickly. Always a nice dining experience.

Dinner was fabulous as always. But,again, sat for 13 minutes without a greet from server. Had to get up and go to manager to get a server. Finally got a server which was obviously not her section. She was great, though. But everytime we go, we get NO server til we go find one

Went with some friends. 3 of us got the wrong side dishes. The waitress was very rude and did not come back to our table. We had to stop someone else to get drinks. I ordered well done steak and it was black on the outside and pink on the inside.

We did the take out meal for 4 last night. Steak and parmesan chicken. We ate the steak last night. They did an awesome job grilling it. It was medium, just like we asked. We had the chicken today, it was also delicious. Their salad for 4 was incredibly fresh. They have the take out packing down to an art. We highly recommend this restaurant.

I do not recommend curbside here.Ordered takeout on my way home they told me it would be 20-25min. I arrived 20ish minutes later and checked in, at which point they took my card. Then I proceeded to wait in my car an additional 30 min until someone finally came out and told me they forgot about my order and told me it would be 4 more minutes. This whole time they had my credit and inside so I couldn’t leave. When I finally got my food and got home I realized, to top it all off I got a well done steak instead of a medium steak. To sum it up I waited over an hour for a well done steak. When I ordered a medium steak and they told me it would only 20-25 min. I would not recommend curb side here. This is rare for me I’m usually very forgiving. P.S. I still tipped, I’m not a terrible human being. They charged me full price and added on a free desert.

Love the salads here. Food is very consistent eat here all the time. Had a great dinner with friends on New year's Eve

Ate here a few nights ago. And at first I was not impressed. 10 minutes for drink orders, 30 minutes for appetizers, 50 minutes for their bread to arrive, and a hour 15 minutes for our meals. We were there for just shy of 2 hours. As you can see, most of the time was waiting. The waiter was not having a good night and even admitted to forgetting to put our entree order in. He didn't blame the kitchen for the delay, he owned up to the mistake. I appreciate his honesty. Now the food. We ordered stuff mushrooms and the crispy onions for starters and they were delicious. I normally order steak at a steakhouse but I tried something new for me. A farmers market chicken and my kid ordered steak and shrimp. And the food just melted in our mouths. The salads were awesome, it was actually greens not boring iceberg lettuce.Even with the service severely off, its the food is the reason for going to a restaurant. I can't wait to go back.

Great food and even better customer service. There was a loud party next to our table and I asked for my rib eye med rare. the waitress heard med Well, repeated back like they do temp color center and it was like blah blah blah .. my steak came cooked to death, the waitress got me a new steak in 5 min and sent the manager over to see if I needed anything. I told him it was both of our faults, she did not hear me and I did not hear her and problem solved. but great and fast customer service. BTW I paid for my meal as I should

Delicious food! Love the strawberry pecan salad!! And the bread is the best! Just wish they'd give 2 loaves at a time, we go through it pretty quick

Oh my goodness delicious! Lunchtime; french onion soup temp was perfect, cheese was melted perfectly, just the right amount of onions. Chicken sandwich; lightly breaded, ranch dressing was yummy, crispy but not hard. Zoomin Onion; a little too salty but good. Service was great and answered all of our questions. Hostess was very nice and friendly as well.

For my taste they have one of the best Ribeyes you can buy. One of the few places that can get rare right. Grill charred on the outside, red on the inside. Yep it is pricey but worth every penny. Regular or Outlaw you can't go wrong.

My husband and I went for my birthday. The service was excellent!! Chelsea at the bar was fantastic. Everything was good except for one detail. Our steaks weren't cooked right!!! I couldn't believe it! My husband ordered the ribeye med-rare & it was RARE. We had to send it back for a few more minutes. My filet was supposed to be med-rare & came out med-well. I just took it that way. It was disappointing but everything else was great!!!

Upscale McDonald's with a wait staff that serves steaks. Don't get me wrong, the food was good but calling a Philly cheese steak a shredded prime rib on a roll Is pretty good marketing. Again the sandwich was good as was the Cesar salad it came with aka salad with Italian dressing and some parmesan cheese on top.

I prefer Texas Roadhouse. But it's not that Longhorn is bad ... its not. I just prefer it. That being said. Food was good. Restuarant was clean. Servers were attentive.

Great food oh my the stake is so good tender and the flavor oh gosh so delicious.And I had the greatest server.If you like friendly and great food this is the place.God bless everyone. Enjoy.

The food was good but the wait time for food once being seated was 45 min. They seemed a little understaffed but the staff that were there did a good job. Especially the manager...he was really friendly and on top of his game!

Great steaks!!! Atmosphere!...awesome burger!..great waitress staff.......worth every penny!.....unlike others in the area. Update 9/17/19.... service and food is still awesome!!!...even take out!!

Finally tried the ribs again. New sauce is much better.
